Persist the second AND-buffer parameter as a word-buffer pointer

The second parameter is explicitly undefined4 although the decompiler already resolves it as uint *. The complete original body loads this stack word as the B address, reads DWORDs through it while advancing by four bytes, then handles up to three trailing bytes through the original B base plus processed offset. Declare the existing uint * pointer contract, matching the actual word reads and already-typed A/destination buffers. Preserve pBufferB, every other chosen name/type, void return, __stdcall and four-word stack ABI. This API has no incoming references; no caller/runtime use, source-output gain, buffer-safety or algorithm change is claimed.
