Recover the Mac email-ready getter's full Boolean result

The complete Mac getter zero-extends its private ready byte into full EAX. Its two known explicit writers independently resolve their own PIC bases to that exact byte and store literal0/1; BSS startup is zero. Its sole consumer immediately TESTs fullEAX. Resolve undefined4 to existing four-byte BOOL, preserving the selected function name, zero formals, cdecl and locals. The original Windows getter already has BOOL metadata and the corresponding literal0/1 state circuit and consumer. No global type/width/name or control callback/helper signature changes, and no Windows DWORD-width/stdcall import. Eight complete original bodies plus the Windows consumer's seven physical switch entries are independently checked.
