Recover the Mac COF budget getter's full integer result

Mac00068c5b records an undefined result, but its sole RET returns the full DWORD004403c0 in EAX. The complete known initializer supplies0x200000, forwarded unchanged through the setter; retaining only8bits loses that value. The sole caller forwards full EAX as the second signed%i integer in the actual COF-memory format, through the native va_list interface. Recover int32_t4 while preserving selected name, zero formals/noVarargs and current unknown convention; no ABI recovery. Five complete regions3747codeB plus49selecteddata=3796bytes match raw memory to separate assembly. Live lookup cannot enumerate builtin undefined; upstream DefaultDataType's byte definition is separately documented, not deployed class/model proof. Opaque continuations remain conditional IFreturns, with failure/tail cutoffs explicit. No renderer/allocator effect, value invariance, backend safety, Mac execution/file hash or build gain. Any refusal/contradiction holds the whole claim, no fallback.
