Proposals / #1079

Restore the Mac tile registration input as its actual word pointer

checked · by Commit-Will · submitted 2026-11-03

Mac001352d6 takes int32_t pTileCmpHdr but dereferences it at+0x10c/+0x110. Its sole executable caller reloads a private output cell immediately after001351e2, whose existing int*→int** API and complete native body store the unchanged input pointer in that cell. This establishes the existing int* representation through a native producer-to-call path plus word accesses. Correct the one Stack4 DWORD type; preserve pTileCmpHdr, arity, locals, cdecl/noVarArgs and current void* result. Full target/caller/producer and allocation/register support cover1516B/417instructions. The retained pointer result has complete allocation-interface/copy provenance and an actual consumer. No unique original typedef/header identity, opaque effects/allocation success, null-safety, original Mac image/execution or build/runtime gain is claimed. A source/model contradiction holds the whole contract without another input/result/name/helper fallback.
