Recover the Mac escape-menu visibility callback contract

Mac000dca2a has undefined(void)/unknown. Its restored-frame JMP reaches a28-byte source whose paths return full EAX0 or JMP to a complete7-byte XOR-EAX-zero/RET source. The physical callback pointer is row3 of a concretely selected menu table; a complete native reader calls slot+272 without argument preparation and TESTs full EAX. Existing resolved pfnEscMenuItemVisible is BOOL(void)/cdecl. Restore BOOL4 and cdecl together, preserving chosen name, zero arity, locals/noVarArgs. Seven complete bodies1713B/461instructions and180dataB close registration, physical5/37-row UI jump tables, normal saved-ESI restoration and its exact4-byte private-cell helper. Other calls remain ordinary IF-return. No runtime global/row invariants, opaque effects, hardware state, original typedef/image/execution or build/runtime gain claim. Any contradiction/refusal holds the whole contract without result/input/name/ABI/helper fallback.
