Mac-only function (no Windows twin). pRoom is null-checked, then [pRoom+0x10] is loaded at 0x1666d2 and passed to the flag setter; offset 0x10 of D2RoomStrc is pRoomEx. A caller (Missiles_SrvHitFunc_SetRoomPortalFlag, 0x1d3c18-0x1d3c2c) passes the result of UNITS_GetRoom. Same width int -> pointer, name unchanged. Other callers not traced.
