Mac TASK_GetCurrentTime: uint32_t __cdecl (void) prototype

Mac 0x001b4e3e is "undefined (void)", convention unknown. No [EBP+n] reads and no ECX/EDX use on entry. It returns either the result of the 64-bit divide 0x0030b0d2 (seconds*1000 scaled by stored values, when the flag at [ESI+0x382dba] is set) or GetTickCount() (0x001b4e95), in EAX; plain RET 0x001b4e9f. Sole caller TASK_EnqueueGameTask calls it with no argument setup and stores only EAX as a dword (0x001b4d3a-0x001b4d42 MOV [ESI],EAX). So uint32_t with no parameters.
