Mac 0x0024215a is "undefined (void)", convention unknown. Reads only [EBP+8] and passes it with 0x23 to GetQuestDataByQuestNoInternal (0x0021326f, (D2GameStrc* pGame, eD2QuestsInternal)) at 0x0024216e; returns 1 when quest-specific byte +0x48 and dword +0x44 are both set, else 0; plain RET 0x00242191. Same shape as its sibling Q35_IsAncientsActive and its Windows-named callers Q36_ActiveFilter/Q36_Callback00_NpcActivate.
