Mac NET_D2GS_SERVER_Send_0x26_Chat: void __cdecl (D2ClientStrc* pClient, uint8_t* pPacket)

Resubmit of #1163 per review. Mac 0x001ffed5 is a pure tail jump (JMP 0x001b1c79 at 0x001ffed9) handing its two cdecl args to NET_D2GS_SERVER_Send_0x26_CHATSTART. The second arg is a packet, not a string: the target loads it at 0x001b1c9c and takes strlen at +0x1a (0x001b1c9f-0x001b1ca5). Windows twin 0x0054a5c0 types it as the 0x26 packet; that struct is not in the Mac DB, so uint8_t*.
