Mac D2GFX_GetScaleFactor: int32_t __cdecl (void)

The Mac body has no argument reads; it loads the scale-factor global into EAX and does a plain RET. The caller ViewDraw2 0x0007caea uses it right after D2GFX_UpdateScaleFactor. Matches the Windows twin 0x004f65e0 (int32_t (void)).
