Mac GetHwnd: void* __cdecl (void) window handle getter

The Mac body has no argument reads; it loads the window-state global and returns its +0x14 handle in EAX with a plain RET. Callers use the result as the window handle (CreateWindowWithChecks 0x0004a1f6, SOUND_InitDirectSound 0x002e72a2). The Windows twin 0x004f59a0 is HWND (void); HWND is not in the Mac DB, so the return is void*. It is already __cdecl, so only the return type changes.
