Mac UNICODE_IsControlChar: int32_t __fastcall (byte byChar in CL)

The Mac body reads only CL (the character): it returns 0 if it is < 0x20, otherwise scans a global table of [lo,hi] byte ranges and returns 0 if the char is inside one, else MOV EAX,1. There are no stack-arg reads. The value is an explicit 0/1 in EAX, so the return is real. The caller is UNICODE_GetWideCharCount 0x002b838b. Same logic as the Windows twin 0x005276e0 (int32_t; byte byChar, there in DL).
