Mac MAINMENU_SetGlobalFlag: void __cdecl (void)

The Mac body has no argument reads: it stores byte 1 into a global flag and does a plain RET (EAX is only the PIC base). The caller UIMENU_ConnectinToBattleNetWitProgressDots 0x002bb5a4 calls it bare. Matches the Windows twin 0x0042e6b0 (void (void)).
