Mac MAINMENU_PollInsertCdDialog: BOOL __cdecl (void) modal-pump callback

The Mac body has no argument reads. It polls the CD-check function pointers (with constant args), and on success sets the done flag and calls the pump-stop routine 0x0004a5f1. It always returns MOV EAX,1 with a plain RET. Its address is passed by MAINMENU_RunInsertExpansionCdDialog (LEA at 0x002c9eef) as the per-frame callback of the modal pump 0x0004a60b, which expects a BOOL result. There is no Windows symbol with this name.
