Mac NET_QServer_FreeAndSend0xB0ToEveryone: void __cdecl (void)

The Mac body has no argument reads. It builds a 1-byte 0xB0 packet on the stack, sends it to all through the global server handle (0x002f3880), clears that global and does a plain RET. The caller NET_QServer_ShutdownServer 0x00073d2c calls it bare. Matches the Windows twin 0x0052b2a0 (void __cdecl (void)).
