Mac COMCALLBACK_ProcessWhisperCommand: BOOL __cdecl (dwCbArg1, dwCbArg2, char* szRawText, char* szWhisperText)

checked · by KierTaylor · submitted 2026-11-06

This is entry [23] of the Mac COMCALLBACK dispatch table at 0x003ce678. The table's other entries are already typed BOOL __cdecl (uint32_t, uint32_t, char*, char*) (e.g. COMCALLBACK_HandleWhisperMessage, AppendInfoMessage, ReturnFalse). The body reads [EBP+0x10] (the raw text) and [EBP+0x14] (the whisper text) and returns MOV EAX,1 with a plain RET; the first two callback args are unused, as on Windows. Names follow the Windows twin 0x004486f0 (BOOL; dwCbArg1, dwCbArg2, szRawText, szWhisperText), where the first two are in ECX/EDX.
