Mac StubHook1: void __cdecl (uint32_t dwThreadId, void* pThread) empty hook

The Mac body is empty (PUSH EBP / MOV EBP,ESP / POP EBP / RET). The caller CreateSocketOnline 0x002f57b0 stores two args, [ESP]=ECX (a thread id field at +0xc38) and [ESP+4]=EAX (the thread handle), so both slots are kept. Matches the Windows twin 0x00407f80 (void; dwThreadId, hThread, both unread). HANDLE is not in the Mac DB, so the second arg is void*.
