Recover the Mac line-break predicate chain's wide input and 32-bit results
Mac CheckLineBreakPosition records its UTF-16 buffer as int32_t and leaves its result undefined4; its whitespace helper still has an undefined result. Full native bodies and every executable caller establish pointer input and 32-bit 0/1 results. Use existing WCHAR* and 4-byte BOOL, preserving both cdecl conventions, names, arities and other inputs. Windows 00526d30 already has BOOL(WCHAR*,int32_t); proposal1066 corrected only that Windows input, so these Mac ops do not repeat it.
