Recover the paired bounded wide-append helper's pointer contract
Both complete native UNICODE_AppendWideStringN bodies return the original destination pointer in EAX on every normal path; Windows declares void and Mac declares undefined. Recover a destination-pointer result in both builds. Mac's source is incorrectly int and its destination is short*: use existing WCHAR* for both wide-text inputs. Preserve all names, integer count types, arities and fastcall/cdecl conventions; Windows's existing uint16_t* inputs stay as they are. These functions are separate from pending1362's unbounded copy/append inputs and1370's bounded copy.
