Recover the Mac Excel row-count getter's identity and typed cdecl API
Mac002f1443 stores undefined(void)/unknown and decompiles as an untyped DWORD load through an integer. Its complete11-byte body takes one stack pointer and returns DWORD object+8 in full EAX. All four direct callers pass STRUCT_CreateBinFieldExcelAndFillData's result and consume the returned value as a row count for record allocation and TXT dispatch. Existing D2BinFieldExcelStrc defines that field as size_t nLinesCount; Windows006bcde0 is the corresponding13-byte getter with the same producer/caller dataflow and established name TXT_GetLinesCountFromBinFieldExcel. Recover that name and size_t cdecl(D2BinFieldExcelStrc*) on Mac. The scalar type follows the field/API; width is proven natively, unsignedness is not independently established by the leaf. Preserve Mac's bare-RET convention rather than Windows stdcall.1396 edits only the dispatcher; no Windows or structure edit is included.
