Name the mouse coordinates of INV_IsMouseOverCloseButton

The first parameter is tested against a horizontal range built from the screen width and panel X offset, and the second against a vertical range built from the screen height and panel Y offset. The function name says they are the mouse position, and its callers include the left-click handlers for the shop, trade and stash panels.
