Name the Y and color parameters of UI_DrawTextCentered

Both parameters pass straight to DRAW_text(wMessage, nX, nY, dwColor, bMultiLineCenter) on both builds: nParam1 as nY, beside the existing nPositionXStart and nPositionXEnd, and nParam2 as dwColor.
