Name the stat layer parameter across the stat list functions

These functions take a stat id and a word that becomes the low half of the (stat << 16) + word key, or forward it to a function that does. STATSEX_GetCurrentStat (972 callers), STATLIST_SetUnitStat and STATLIST_SetStatValueInBaseArray already name that word nLayer, so the siblings still called nParam or nParam2 should match.
