Name the active flag of STATLIST_SetItemStatActive and STATLIST_AttachStatListToUnit

In STATLIST_SetItemStatActive a nonzero value activates the item's stats and zero deactivates them, and otherwise the value goes to STATLIST_AttachStatListToUnit. There, zero sets flag 0x40000000 and nonzero clears it, the same flag STATLIST_SetItemStatActive tests to decide whether activating or deactivating is needed.
