Name forwarded parameters: gamma, scrollbar wrappers, log indent, disconnect thunk

Each parameter is passed unchanged to a callee parameter that already has a real name, and takes that name. The argument positions were matched to the callee's prototype in the machine code. Covers SetupGamma, two textbox scrollbar wrappers (tail jumps to the scrollbar setters, EDX untouched), BNET_LogIndent (SLogSetIndent's delta, pushed second) and the CloseRemoteConnection thunk (nClientId in EDX, nLine pushed first). Renames only. A tail JMP is the call_site evidence for the two wrappers.
