Mac twin of Windows #737 with the same body: the first stack parameter is a DRLG grid — the cell coordinates are bounds-checked against +8 (nWidth) and +0xc (nHeight), then the flag cell is addressed through *(grid+0) (pCellsFlags) and *(grid+4) (pCellsRowOffsets). Same-width retype; name kept; the pnParam list parameter is left alone as in #737. Mac caller (DRLGOUTROOM_LinkOutdoorRoomExits) was not traced.
