Mac: type pRoom as D2RoomStrc * in DRLGROOM_CheckLOSDraw and DRLGROOM_HasOutdoorBorder

Both are thin Dungeon wrappers that take the active room as an int and forward pRoom->pRoomEx: the body reads +0x10 (Mac D2RoomStrc.pRoomEx, 'Back-pointer to DRLG room') and passes it to the DrlgRoom implementation; HasOutdoorBorder also asserts pRoom != 0 first. Each function's comment names its Windows twin with the same name and body (0061aa40, 0061abb0). Same-width retype of the stack parameter; name kept. Mac callers were not traced.
