Mac: retype UI_HandleCursorMouseUp's pMsg to D2UIMouseMsgStrc *

Mac twin of the Windows UI_HandleCursorMouseUp(D2UIMouseMsgStrc * pMsg), which is already typed there and listed as paired (mac-pair T1s). The Mac body reads the cursor x/y halves of +0xc (uLParam) and clears +0x18 (bHandled), the same use as the sibling handlers retyped in #691. Same-width retype of the stack parameter; name kept. Mac callers were not traced.
