Type CUNIT_IterateServerUnitsWithCallback's parameter as a pointer to the callback

Resubmit of #672 with the type the review asked for. The parameter is a callback, not an int. The function halts if it is null, moves it to EBX and calls CUNIT_IterateHashTableWithCallback, whose parameter in that register is typed fnUnitIterCallback *. Same width, so only the type and name change.
