Return the Mac inventory update GUID as an unsigned 32-bit value

GetUpdatesUUid currently has an unknown four-byte return. Its complete body returns the existing unsigned four-byte update-node GUID field or explicit zero. The complete producer stores the item GUID at that field, and all five callers forward the returned value to the unsigned GUID argument of FindUnitFromTable. Resolve only the return to uint32_t, preserving the selected name, existing pointer formal, Stack4 and cdecl. The structurally matching Windows accessor already has this return; its original PE bytes are checked. Static metadata correction only.
