Type the DT1 tile-entry input of the height getter

The complete original body reads Stack4 as an address and returns its dword at +8, existing D2TileLibraryEntryStrc.nHeight. Its only two incoming calls both pass D2DrlgTileDataStrc.pTileLibraryEntry (+24), obtained from independently verified wall/roof tile-array getters and iterated at the exact 48-byte record stride. The complete constructor also writes its typed tile-entry input into that same field. Correct the integer input and generic nParam name together; preserve the chosen function name, int return, stdcall and Stack4/RET4 ABI.
