Return the full integer path selector from Mac GetPathType

The complete Mac accessor currently has an unknown return but explicitly loads all four bytes of the existing int ePathType field into EAX. Its complete setter stores the existing integer input into that same field. All eleven native callers use the result as a path selector, including full-EAX stores/comparison and packet-byte narrowing. Resolve only the return to the existing primitive int, matching the existing field and the structurally verified Windows accessor. Preserve selected name, one precise path pointer, Stack4 and Mac cdecl. No enum, shared layout, caller ABI or runtime/build change is claimed.
