Type three Mac table-cleanup results as void

Three complete Mac table-cleanup procedures have undefined return metadata, although each completes through an existing void cleanup helper and never materializes a result afterward. Each has one actual caller in complete UnloadAllBins; it immediately calls a successor that overwrites EAX before reading it. Skills additionally matches the original Windows void procedure's five diagnostic free-line constants and resource/count cleanup sequence. Books/lowquality pointers are tied to actual compiler literals, return stores and subsequent releases. Change only return types; preserve selected names, zero formals and existing cdecl/unknown conventions verbatim. No ABI inference, pointer/global/name/layout edit or incidental-EAX result claim. Static original bytes and independently checked assembly only; no runtime/build claim.
