Type the Mac arena-flagword getter result

Mac CLIENT_GetArenaFlags has undefined return metadata although its complete17-byte body explicitly returns the entire state DWORD in EAX. Use existing uint32_t for the raw flagword, preserving selected name, zero formals and unknown convention. The only writers copy an unrestricted incoming DWORD or change bit0 while preserving every other bit; readers extract bits using logical shifts/masks. This supports a full32-bit bitword, not a Boolean or finite individual enumerator. Existing eD2ArenaFlags still supplies named bits and stays unchanged on the shared global/setter. Complete original getter/sole caller/setter/other reader bodies1477bytes independently match separate assembly; all6 state refs and the getter return/caller flow verified. No shared type/global/ABI/receiver edits or Windows pairing/runtime/build claim. Proposal88 changes only a Windows global; Mac exact target clear.
