Recover the Mac states-table cleanup contract

The complete Mac cleanup releases the actual states compiler output and linker, five auxiliary allocations and the same bounded auxiliary region as the original Windows DATATBLS_FreeStatesTxtTables. Identity follows the real states literal, compiler-return storage, bin/linker release addresses and five exact allocator diagnostic lines, rather than cleanup order or a similar name. Name the default Mac function identically to its verified Windows counterpart and type its result void. Preserve the existing cdecl convention and zero formals. Its sole native caller immediately overwrites EAX; the procedure ends through a void linker cleanup without producing a result. No helper/global/layout/Windows edit or runtime/build claim.
