Type the Mac realm-count getter as a signed integer

The complete Mac getter returns the entire existing four-byte int gnRealmListCount, including its explicit -1 failure sentinel. All three actual callers consume full EAX: two distinguish0/-1 and one performs a signed index bound. Both complete writer/reader routines and all eight state references confirm scalar count/sentinel semantics. Use existing int, preserving the selected name, zero formals and cdecl. The matching Windows getter already returns int from its corresponding int count global. No global, list record, caller/helper, callback, guard or ABI change.
