Mac SOUNDHDR_GetGlobal0: __cdecl undefined4 -> uint32_t (void) getter

Mac body is CALL/POP EAX; MOV EAX,[EAX+0x3b1d40]; RET: no arguments, returns a dword global. Windows twin SOUNDHDR_GetGlobal0 0x004817f0 is also a no-argument dword getter (its return is still undefined4 there), so a plain uint32_t is the honest type.
