Mac body: ECX and EDX are each passed to strlen; if len(ECX) < len(EDX) it returns -1, otherwise it walks both strings comparing toupper() of each byte and returns 0 or the difference; no stack arguments, plain RET. Windows twin CHAT_CompareCaseInsensitive 0x0047b3b0 is int32_t (char * szText1, char * szText2); same order on Mac (ECX, EDX).
