Mac body: [EBP+8] is compared with each 10-byte key-binding entry's command field and [EBP+0xc] with its slot field over 0x72 entries; the matched key code selects a string-table index whose localized string is returned in EAX (fallback string 0xeb2 when unbound). No ECX/EDX input, plain RET. Windows twin CMD_GetKeyNameForCommand 0x00469de0 is WCHAR * (int32_t nCmdIndex, int32_t nSlot).
