Mac CLIENT_GetArenaFlags: __cdecl eD2ArenaFlags (void) (from Windows twin)

Mac body is CALL/POP EAX; MOV EAX,[EAX+0x32c1b8]; RET: no arguments, returns the global that CLIENT_SetArenaFlags (next function) writes. The convention is still 'unknown'. Windows twin CLIENT_GetArenaFlags 0x0047a990 is eD2ArenaFlags (void); the Mac plate's 'no Windows twin' note is wrong.
