Mac body reads no ECX/EDX/[EBP+n]: if sound is initialised it calls the stop/cleanup routines, frees the two sound tables (lines 0x181, 0x18e), releases each channel and zeroes the globals; EAX is not set to a meaningful value before the plain RET. Windows twin SOUNDHDR_ShutdownCleanup 0x00482940 is void (void).
