Mac body reads [EBP+8] into ESI and writes the message's result fields (+0x18 = 0/1, +0x1c = 0); no ECX/EDX input; it ends with RET or a tail JMP. This is the UI message-handler shape. Windows twin INPUT_ConfigToggleLeft 0x004a5b30 is void (D2UIMouseMsgStrc * pMsg).
