Mac body reads [EBP+8] into ESI and writes the message's result fields (+0x18 = 0/1, +0x1c = 0); no ECX/EDX input; it ends with RET or a tail JMP. This is the UI message-handler shape (mirror of INPUT_ConfigToggleLeft). Windows twin INPUT_ConfigToggleRight 0x004a5b90 is void (D2UIMouseMsgStrc * pMsg).
