Mac body: ECX (ESI) is the dialog (+0x4c count, +0x44 selected line, +0x50 line count, line records +0x174 stride 0x110); EDX is added repeatedly to the selection, wrapping at both ends, until a selectable line is found; then it plays the click sound and stores the new selection; no stack arguments, plain RET. Windows twin UI_ScrollNpcMenuList 0x004b7100 takes (int32_t nParam1, D2DialogStrc * pDialog); Mac passes the dialog first.
