Mac CMD_ResetKeyBindingsToDefaults: __cdecl void (BOOL bLoadDefaultKeyFile)
Mac body reads [EBP+8] once (CMP [EBP+8],0 at 0x000a154a): when non-zero it builds the save-path + 'default.key' file name and loads it, otherwise it only copies the built-in default binding table (0x474 bytes) into place; ECX/EDX are not read before being set. Windows twin CMD_ResetKeyBindingsToDefaults 0x00469a60 is void (DWORD dwParam); the generic name is refused by the naming check, so the flag is named for what it does.
