Type the sprite-cache size-accounting entry input
Ghidra v1846 · 3cfe190
Both original callers pass an actual cache-entry node in EDX. The synchronous caller retains the pool node separately from its allocated payload; the decoder caller obtains that same node through the decode-state backlink populated by the producers. This helper reads/updates node size at +4 and locks/unlocks flags at +12 while accounting for cache memory and evicting other entries. Use the existing 28-byte D2SpriteCacheEntryStrc * contract for the void * input. Preserve the chosen name pParam, every other parameter, void return, __fastcall and exact storage; no naming or prototype change is requested.
