Resolve the Mac socketed-item scan's full BOOL result

Mac00175426 returns literal fullEAX1 when its inventory scan finds a valid item, or fullEAX0 when exhausted; both actual callers test fullEAX. Resolve only the generic four-byte return to existing four-byte BOOL. Preserve pItem, ECX storage, __fastcc, zero stack arguments and locals. Full target, both callers and all three node-source/filter helpers match separate instruction listings; the paired originalWindows routine has the same scan and BOOL result. Windows uses a different EAX input, which is not copied. No name, input nominal type, union/layout, caller/helper or behavior change.
